Nowhere To Go But Farther Down

Agent Nowhere Man has not posted to this blog in a very long time.  He has been busy.  He has been witnessing the further degeneration of the Yankee Nation and realizing that salvation for the same is a rapidly-diminishing dream of anyone who is even remotely familiar with the intent of the Founders.  Like smoke on a windy day, any hope of perpetuating the dream of Jefferson et al has dissolved into a non-visible vapor that is nothing more than Yankee flatulence.

Ignorance of the past is nauseatingly manifest in many of the Yankee Nation's electorate.  As do suckers of all epochs, most appear to be willing to be hooked by verbal bait spewed from the mouths of Presidential candidates.  This bait comes in two forms: one is a nebulous guarantee of security offered by a man of demonstrated low character; the other is an appeal for reward for a self-righteous woman who has been caught in numerous lies and who sat idle while a fellow Democrat was murdered by a mob in Lybia.

Agent Nowhere Man is a Marine and he views Mr. Trump through those eyes.  His bone spur deferment in 1968 was a remarkable bit of engineering.  At that time, he could simply have joined something, anything; they probably would have allowed him to sit behind a desk and pound a typewriter.  Then again, the man is an insufferable Yankee (there are those who are not insufferable).  Which branch of the military could have countenanced the presence of such an inflated ego?  The fact that many have imbibed the Trump Kool-Aid demonstrates a shocking and disgusting willful ignorance in that part of the electorate.

Mrs. Clinton deserves the Presidency; so she believes.  Based upon exactly what?  Her life's skills have all centered around shameless self-promotion to the exclusion of those she professes to want to "help".  Why does anyone take her seriously?  Obviously, many people do.  The fact that they do speaks significantly to their own absence of knowledge of the manner of person who should be the Chief Executive of the Yankee Nation.

Agent Nowhere Man still votes in the Yankee Nation's election and he still has a conscience.  He shall not vote for Mr. Trump and neither shall he vote for Mrs. Clinton.  Instead, he strongly urges all Constitutionally-minded persons to vote for the Libertarian candidate.  Not because he believes that Mr. Johnson could actually win, but because if Johnson draws enough votes away from Clinton and Trump, the election will be thrown into the House of Representatives.  In its current configuration, it is highly unlikely that the House would elect either of the two major party candidates.

In short, anyone would be better than either of the two Bozos who desire to preside over sending the Yankee Nation to the Deep Six.
